This virtual memory was so touching. It is so amazing how you are all doing. It was such a blessing to get to know your family during the time that spent watching MaKayla. Good luck

Linda this is a beautiful tribute to your beautiful son and I am so sorry. My heart and prayers are with you and your family. My beautiful son lost his life in a battle too. He died in the Iraq War. I know your son is watching over you with so much love and he is happy and healthy and where it is so beautiful. He is with God. God bless you and your family.

Hugs & love, Irene

I have seen your son on Maury Provich and other shows. He was brave, gallant and loved. I know that you pain is deep and sometimes over bearing. But God, never, never makes a mistake. He needed that angel and that angel was your son, to help him do much need work in heaven. "Jerry" physical being is not present, but if you just look toward the sky, he is forever present in your hone, just all arond you.

May God coninue to bless this family and all of his friends that held on until the end. And you will forever be in my prayers.

I just was glancing this website, looking for my friends bother memorial, when I can upon your son.

It seems so hard now, but day by day, it gets better and better. He is watching from the heavens abd his work has just begun

Thank you.

Though I had to chew Grant's butt on severel occassions, I always knew he had a good heart. Like all kids, he had to find where that line was and once he did, he would maybe straddle it and walk all over it, but to his credit, he would seldom cross it.

One memory that stands out was when Grant told me he had asked Stephanee to the prom. I think he was a little disappointed that I said "cool, have her home by 1:00". We still have the Prom picture and I can't help but smile every time I see it.

Grant was a huge inspiration to me even as I was going through some very trying times. He showed me that even though life is hard and that sometimes you get down, you have to look to tomorrow and keep your head up. He will will always be in my heart as someone who showed me how to live. Grant, you meant the world to me.

Grant will always be missed as a young leader in the hemophilia community, as a champion of rights for patients and as a true friend. We all miss you, Grant. Now we will count you among our special angels.

Linda, you did such a good job. Looking at this makes me love my kids more. Now I have a place to remind me that there is no problem that a good laugh, some good music, a cold beer, a good baseball game, or looking at your baby can't fix. Kiss Jerry, Blake, Ashton, and MaKayla for us. Elle wants to see her 'sister'. Love you guys. xox, J

How do I even begin to count the memories we have made together. I would need every angelís fingers and toes that watched over us and kept us out of so much trouble. I will spare your innocence and keep the stories inside but we both know!!!:) Having known you most of my life- I would have to say that you made me laugh and made me cry- but deep down we both new we loved each other for who we were. You were always yourself and I will always love that about you. You didnít care who, what, where, when, why or how, but you did care about your friends and family. Life with you was always a joke, a prank, a laugh, or a story that starts with ďOne time Grant and IÖĒ and one day I will have the chance to start a new story with you. You have forever changed my life. I thank you for having the opportunity to be your friend all these years. I stood by yourside through a lot in your life and I am so thankful I did. Godís plan for us is much bigger than we could ever imagine but I am betting he needed a new Angel to give him a daily joke, prank, laugh, or story and that Angel is you. I love you with all my heart and canít wait until we see each other again. XOXOXOXOXO- Piv

I am so sorry that you lost your son Jerry to HIV so recently. I can only imagine the pain that you feel in your heart as you reflect upon all that you will be missing in the coming years. Please know that my heart goes out to you and your family.
